The staff are thoroughly trained for business etiquettes and courteous service. Their personal credentials are verified prior to selection in the organization. All the drivers have to go a safe driving course organized by a reputed company every year and a medical test continues.

Operational Protocols

Operational protocols followed till release of vehicles:-

• Operates the vehicle in authorized routes only
• Maintain punctuality and stipulated speed limit
• Comply with Client instructions regarding change in route/s, timings
• Working the overtime work, odd hour shift commutation requirement
• Strict compliance of all traffic rules

Passenger Safety

• Chauffer shall be a license holder for 5 years with relevant driving license
• Chauffer shall be hygienic, non-alcoholic, shall not smoke or chew during driving
• Chauffer shall be courteous with Client staff and public
• Chauffer shall be physically fit and above 18 years of age
• In case of misbehavior or any act unacceptable to Client on the part of Acredo driver/staff, management shall remove such person with immediate effect
• Chauffer shall be trained in usage of fire extinguisher and first aid kit
